From May 29 to December 31, 2026, the project “Fuori dal Giro” brings an integrated service for the prevention and treatment of pathological addictions to the squares of Palermo's historic center. Promoted by the Municipality of Palermo and the ASP, it is managed by the ATI formed by Fondazione Don Calabria per il Sociale ETS and Consorzio Sol.Co. Rete di Imprese Sociali Siciliane. The mobile units, set up in Piazza Casa Professa, Via Messina Marine, Piazza S. Anna and Piazza Croce dei Vespri, offer prevention, harm reduction and health promotion activities. Operators meet people in situations of addiction and social marginality, both in the most vulnerable neighborhoods and in the nightlife areas. The service is active during the day and night, with a constant presence until the end of the year to ensure proximity interventions and health support.

On summer weekends, from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, via Nazionale is closed to traffic to encourage socializing and use of public spaces. Traffic changes also in the surrounding streets.
No parking on Corso Umberto I

Temporary no-parking zone on Corso Umberto I, from number 62 to number 66, from 7:00 PM to midnight, until September 6, 2026. The measure is intended to ensure safety and traffic flow during evening events.
170th Anniversary of the Municipal Autonomy

The Municipality of San Gregorio di Catania celebrates the 170th anniversary of the Municipal Autonomy (1856-2026) with an event that will take place from September 3 to 5, 2026. The event, funded by a contribution from the Sicilian Regional Assembly, includes three days of initiatives to commemorate the history and identity of the San Gregorio community.
