Acireale celebra la sua patrona Santa Margherita con una serie di festeggiamenti nella frazione di Pozzillo. Il programma, comunicato dalla parrocchia, prevede momenti religiosi e civili dal 29 luglio al 2 agosto 2026. Le celebrazioni culminano con processioni e spettacoli nelle piazze del borgo. Per garantire la sicurezza, sono previste modifiche alla viabilità nelle giornate del 1 e 2 agosto.

On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the 'Casa Sollievo San Camillo' center, a puppet show dedicated to the life of the co-patron Saint Camillus will be performed. The show, written and directed by master puppeteer Tano Grasso, will take place on July 21, 2026 at 8:30 PM at Largo Giovanni XXIII. A unique opportunity to rediscover the Sicilian tradition of puppet theater and celebrate an important figure for the Acese community. The event is open to all citizens.
