On Saturday, July 18, 2026, the 11th edition of the Memorial Cristina Calleri, a national running race, will be held in Torregrotta, organized by the Amateur Sports Association Meeting Sporting Club Runner. The competition will take place in the Scala Torregrotta area, with start and finish along Corso Sicilia. To ensure the safety of participants, a no-parking zone with forced removal will be in effect from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the stretch between Via Rosario Livatino and civic number 120.
