The Municipality of Serradifalco presents 'SUTTANCAPO. Al centro dell'isola – arte, comunità e paesaggio', a widespread cultural project that will transform the town into a participatory artistic laboratory. From November 2026 to February 2027, the project includes artist residencies, performances, concerts, workshops for children and adults, literary meetings, and landscape enhancement activities. The involved artists will work in close contact with the community to bring out the memory of the territory, including the mining and agricultural tradition. The activities will take place in various locations in the municipality: the Teatro Comunale A. De Curtis, the Biblioteca Comunale – Caffè Letterario, the Centro Culturale, the Sala Don Sturzo, and outdoor public spaces. Among the main events are the concert 'L'Alba dentro l'Imbrunire' by Giovanni Caccamo with the Sicily Symphony Orchestra and the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the local brass band.
