Feast of the Patron Saint San Rocco 2026

On the occasion of the celebrations in honor of the Patron Saint San Rocco, several processions and religious ceremonies will take place in Scordia on August 9, 15, 16 and 23, 2026. The program includes: on August 9, the procession with the Saint's relic from the Iride nursing home to the Mother Church; on August 15, the Holy Mass of the Parish Communities in Piazza Umberto I; on August 16, symphonic marches, the solemn Mass presided over by the Bishop and the procession with the statue of the Patron through the streets of the center; on August 23, the Mass and the second procession with the statue. The processions on August 16 and 23 will involve parking and traffic bans on the affected streets.

The Municipality of Scordia presents the event 'I Love Scordia – Summer 2026', a widespread event that will enliven the city center with shows, music, and entertainment. The festival will take place from August 16 to September 10, 2026, involving the 'V.S. Monitto' Open-Air Municipal Theater, Piazza San Rocco, and the main areas of the city.
