Giorgio de Chirico. Il sole della Metafisica

A selection of about 50 works by Giorgio de Chirico, the father of Metaphysical art, is exhibited at the Museo d'Arte Contemporanea del Carmine in Scicli. The exhibition path puts the paintings in dialogue with the photographs by Giovanni Chiaramonte, Giuseppe Leone, Pino Ninfa and Armando Rotoletti, offering a glimpse into the relationship between the artist and Sicily. The exhibition, curated by Lorenzo Canova, is promoted by the Sikarte association in collaboration with the Municipality of Scicli.

L'evento "Addio all'Estate" si terrà a Cava D'Aliga, frazione di Scicli, nella serata del 23 agosto 2026. Il programma prevede uno spettacolo con Sergio Friscia, un DJ Set e il concerto dei Suddeka, a partire dalle ore 22:00 sul Lungomare Frine. Per consentire lo svolgimento della manifestazione, sono previsti divieti di transito e sosta con rimozione nella zona del Lungomare Frine dalle ore 19:00 del 23 agosto alle ore 02:00 del 24 agosto 2026.
