La Fiera Agroalimentare Mediterranea (F.A.M.) giunge alla 51ª edizione, un appuntamento di riferimento per il settore zootecnico, agricolo e agroalimentare del territorio ibleo. La manifestazione si svolge a Ragusa in via La Pira e propone mostre, concorsi zootecnici, esposizioni di meccanizzazione agricola, florovivaismo e utensileria, oltre a degustazioni di prodotti tipici e momenti convegnistici. L'ingresso è libero e gratuito.

Apertura al pubblico della Chiesa di Maria SS. Addolorata (La Badia)

The church of Maria SS. Addolorata, known as La Badia, stands in the historic center of Ragusa, next to the Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista. Built in 1796, it is striking for its unusual circular plan and the valuable paintings by Tommaso Pollace, making it one of the jewels of the Hyblaean Baroque. Thanks to an agreement between the Municipality of Ragusa and the Opera Pia 'Collegio di Maria SS. Addolorata', the church will be open to the public for tourist and cultural visits from July 1 to December 31, 2026. Admission is free, funded by the tourist tax revenue, to enhance the city's UNESCO heritage.

Eventi culturali a Marina di Ragusa

From August to October 2026, Marina di Ragusa will host a series of cultural, artistic, theatrical, musical events and book presentations, organized by Pro Loco Mazzarelli APS. The program, funded by the Municipality of Ragusa, aims to extend the tourist and cultural offer of the seaside resort beyond the peak summer season, involving both residents and visitors.

XIV Ragusa Foto Festival - Archetipi Mediterranei

The Ragusa Foto Festival, now in its 14th edition, is a festival dedicated to contemporary photography that promotes young photographers from around the world and the cultural richness of the Ibleo area. Titled "Archetipi Mediterranei", the event hosts twelve exhibitions spread across Ragusa Ibla in Baroque palaces, deconsecrated churches, and the gardens of the historic center. Six of the exhibitions are original productions commissioned by the festival. The opening takes place from August 27 to 30, while the exhibition continues until September 27, with a program including meetings, entertainment, and cultural activities.

Festa della Beata Maria Vergine di Lourdes

Festeggiamenti in onore della Beata Maria Vergine di Lourdes, nell'ambito della Festa Patronale di S. Giacomo – Bellocozzo. Sabato 5 e domenica 6 settembre 2026 si terranno celebrazioni religiose e una processione con il Simulacro della Beata Maria Vergine di Lourdes, che percorrerà le vie della Contrada San Giacomo. La processione è prevista per domenica 6 settembre lungo via degli Artigiani, via del Mulino, via Tellesimo, via della Torre, via del Mulino e via degli Artigiani.

Donnafugata dei piccoli - children's festival

Donnafugata dei piccoli is the festival for children and teenagers aged 4 to 13 of the "Ragusa dietro il sipario" festival. From 22 November 2026 to 14 March 2027, every Sunday the Teatro Donnafugata in Ragusa Ibla offers a different show, with two afternoon performances. On the program: Pinocchio (22 November), Cappuccetto a colori (6 December), Il circo delle scelte coraggiose (20 December), La cicala e la formica (24 January), Hope (21 February), La grande potatura (14 March). All productions are curated by professional theatre companies.
