The Municipality of Polizzi Generosa organizes a swimming course for children aged 6 to 8 years as part of the 2026 Summer Camps. Lessons will be held in August at a swimming pool chosen by the Administration. The course is free and limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Registrations are open until all places are filled; if there are too many applications, a public draw will be held. Families are responsible for accompanying minors.

In the historic center of Polizzi Generosa, the 69th edition of the Sagra delle Nocciole returns, one of the most anticipated events of Estate Polizzana. For five days, the streets and squares of the village come alive with stalls reproducing characteristic aspects of rural life, food stands, musical performances every evening in Piazza SS. Trinità, and the traditional parade of folk groups with Sicilian carts pulled by horses. The parade, with hazelnut distribution, starts from Piazza Matteotti on Sunday, August 23 at 5:00 PM.
