Tindari Festival 2026 - 70th Edition "Abumanesimo"

The Tindari Festival, now in its 70th edition, presents a series of theatrical performances titled "Abumanesimo - Being, Not Being, Perishing" dedicated to Beniamino Joppolo. The program includes classic and contemporary works: "Otello e Desdemona o del Femminicidio" (July 29, Ex Convento San Francesco), "Truculentus" (July 30, Teatro Antico di Tindari), "Aiace" (August 5, Teatro Antico di Tindari) and further shows scheduled for August 17, 22, 27 and 28.
NUOVI SUONI UMANA² FESTIVAL V EDIZIONE

From 26 to 29 August 2026, the fifth edition of UMANA² Festival returns to the Ex Convento San Francesco in Patti. Four evenings of eclectic music with artists ranging across experimental, electronic and urban sounds, all linked to the MMF planet. The stage will feature Una Snoup, Giorgino & Attacchi Verbali and the MMF Sound System DJ set, in a line-up that aims to mix different genres and languages. The intimate atmosphere of the cloister hosts a festival born to give space to projects outside mainstream circuits, with a well-defined sound identity and a growing community of enthusiasts.
Tindari Festival 70th edition - Tosca ConversaConcerto

For the 70th edition of the Tindari Festival, the Ancient Theatre of Tindari hosts Tosca with "ConversaConcerto - Le Feminae si fanno aspettare". The artist, in dialogue with Tony Canto, weaves songs and words into a female musical narrative, accompanied by Giovanna Famulari (cello and piano), Massimo De Lorenzi (guitar) and Luca Scorziello (drums). The show is part of the Tindari Musica section, dedicated to live music in the evocative setting of the Greek theatre.
