At the Palmento di Rudinì in Marzamemi, the legend of the Moor's Heads comes to life in a new guise. The show, written and directed by Gisella Calì with music and lyrics by Daniele Caruso, transports the myth to Sicily in 1916, within a large landed estate. Actors, singing, dance and stage action transform the ancient winemaking space into a narrative environment that envelops the audience. A story that weaves together history, folklore and musical theatre in one of the most evocative locations in the Syracuse area.

The Agosto Pachinese 2026 offers a whole month of events between Pachino and Marzamemi, with live music, shows, food and wine appointments and the solemn celebrations in honor of the patron saint Maria Assunta. It starts on August 8 with the charity dinner "Cucina Sotto le Stelle", continues on the 15th with the procession of the simulacrum of the Assunta through the city streets and ends on August 31 with the concert of the Magia Band and the duo "Gli Amici del Liscio". Every evening the historic center of Pachino and the fishing village of Marzamemi come alive with proposals suitable for all ages, among markets, tastings and entertainment.

The amateur sports club Polisportiva "La Voga" from Pachino organizes two days of traditional rowing boat regattas in the Porto Balata of Marzamemi. The competitions take place on August 17 and September 6, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and represent an event for rowing enthusiasts and those who want to watch a spectacle on the sea.

La serata, che si tiene in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, si articola in tre momenti: relazioni di critica letteraria, recitazione e lettura di poesie e brani dell'autore, e brani musicali al violino a tema.
