The Sagra della Spiga e Corteo di Demetra, now in its 61st edition, is an event celebrating the agricultural and folkloristic traditions of the Madonie area. The program, running from August 1 to 9, 2026, includes religious events, theatrical performances, concerts, educational workshops, and historical reenactments, among them the evocative Corteo di Demetra and the procession of the bread of Burgisi.
