Patronal Feast of San Rocco and Ferragosto 2026

From 15 to 23 August 2026, Butera celebrates the Patronal Feast of San Rocco, with a rich program of religious and civil events involving the entire town center. On August 15, Ferragosto day, the traditional event "U Sirpintazzu" takes place with the game of catching the goose and the little pots for children, followed by a solemn procession with the adoration of the Sacred Relic of San Rocco. On August 16, the feast of the Patron Saint, two processions of the simulacrum are held, in the morning and late evening. On August 17, a light music concert with DJs and performers is scheduled. On August 23, on the occasion of the octave, the religious program of the 16th is repeated. Throughout the period, via San Rocco hosts the San Rocco Fair with stalls of commercial operators. The evenings are enlivened by fireworks displays.
Accoglienza Reliquia di Sant'Engelbert

Il Comune di Butera accoglie la reliquia di Sant'Engelbert con una delegazione proveniente dalla città tedesca di Gevelsberg. L'evento, in programma dal 25 al 27 agosto, rappresenta un momento di scambio culturale e di consolidamento dei rapporti di amicizia tra le due comunità.
Butera a Tavola – XVI Edizione

"Butera a Tavola" giunge alla sua XVI edizione: una manifestazione enogastronomica che celebra i sapori e i prodotti tipici del territorio di Butera. L'evento si svolge nei giorni 2, 3 e 4 ottobre 2026, offrendo ai visitatori un'occasione per degustare le specialità locali e vivere un'esperienza di promozione turistico-culturale.
